UCO Bank Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility as on (01-04-2025) is furnished here under :-
1. Treasury Advisor :-
- Experience :- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in Banking or financial services in Officers‟ cadre, out of which at least 5 years of experience at Senior level in Integrated Treasury Operations in Public Sector Banks/ reputed Private Sector Banks/ reputed Financial Institutions.
- Desired Skills :- 1. Extensive and strong knowledge and working in “International and Commercial Treasury Function”. Global Treasury Operations activities like daily Cash and liquidity management, Treasury bank reconciliation in Treasury Management System must and Daily cash positioning, cash forecast and funding arrangements, liquidity management, cash pooling, payments and FX settlements , FX Deal confirmations (MMF, IRS, SWAPS,Treasury Bills etc). 2. Prior and strong Knowledge of working in Integrated Treasury Management Systems (TMS) for the daily Treasury back-office activities. 3. Knowledge of Treasury FX deal confirmation tools and platforms. 4. The last assignment should have been as Head/ Incharge of Treasury Operations in Public Sector Banks/ reputed Private Sector Banks/ reputed Financial Institutions and not below the level of General Manager of Public Sector Bank or its equivalent.
2. Chief Risk Officer :-
- Educational Qualification :- Mandatory :- Graduation degree with Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; or Two years‟ experience as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board approval.
- Desirable :- Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute. or Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad, or Designated as a cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad.
- Experience :- Experience with a Bank (India/Abroad)/ Financial Institution with substantial exposure to Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk, other pillar II risks and risks emanating at and from overseas operations and group entities. Exposure to Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Mandatory Experience :- Five years’ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSB‟s„or‟ having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
- Desirable Experience :- Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and/or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.
3. Chief Technology Officer :-
- Educational Qualification :- Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a University /Institute recognized / approved by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.
- Experience :- Minimum of 15 yrs. experience in relevant areas is mandatory. He/she should have worked in Banking- IT related areas/ projects involving IT Policy & Planning/ Financial Networks & applications/ financial information systems/ cyber security technologies/ payment technologies etc., of which 5 yrs. at senior management level.
4. Company Secretary :-
- Educational Qualification :- Mandatory :- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Desirable :- C.A./I.C.W.A./L.L.B
- Experience :- Minimum 12 years of experience after obtaining membership of ICSI, in a listed entity, preferably Bank/NBFC/Financial services company. The applicant should have working knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, RBI related compliance, stock exchange filings and secretarial functions.
