- Written Examination :- The first stage of the selection process, carrying 70% weightage, assesses a candidate’s professional knowledge. It is conducted in Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The exam consists of a compulsory question (40 marks) and a section where candidates must attempt six out of eight questions (60 marks) totaling 100 marks. The duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Personal Interview :- Candidates who clear the written exam are shortlisted for the interview, which carries 30% weightage. It evaluates communication skills, subject knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability. The interview is conducted in Mumbai and New Delhi, and candidates must bring original documents for verification.
- Final Merit List :- The selection is based on the combined performance in the written exam (70%) and the interview (30%). There is no sectional cut-off, but overall performance determines shortlisting.
